Wholeness is the connection of mind, body and soul
Many people spend years moulding themselves to cultures, expectations and ways of surviving – and slowly the connection with the Self begins to grow quieter. Their own light gets lost.
I do not believe in becoming someone new. I believe in returning to ourselves through connection. Walking beside one another toward a deeper relationship with the Self. A way of moving through change, culture and life without disappearing within them.
The journey back to ourselves is not only something I support in others – it has shaped my own life too. I know what it is to lose a sense of yourself while adapting to change, carrying responsibility and navigating uncertainty in a new country. I have spent much of my life moving between cultures. Those experiences taught me how important it is to remain connected to what feels true.
Find Your light has been shaped by both what I have learned and what I have lived – a lifelong process of finding my own way back to myself. It is this journey that I bring into every conversation.
Trained in Transactional Analysis therapy, certified in Jungian and lifestyle medicine coaching. My approach weaves in meditation, breathwork, and lived experience across cultures. But beyond any qualification, this work is about human connection.
Soul to soul.
I hold the light. The finding is always yours.
Cultures shape us, they do not define us
Over time, I came to see culture as climates, and identities as clothes. We dress for the weather we find ourselves in, and as we move through life, the wardrobe growth. The question is whether we still remember the Self beneath them.
Beneath the noise, the Self remains constant
The noise of the world does not disappear. It simply stops mattering because you finally have somewhere to be.
